Rosa Santos is a lash educator, keynote speaker, and business mentor who started her career behind the lash chair and grew it into a global education brand. After entering the beauty industry as a lash artist, she quickly discovered that while mastering the skill is important, true success comes from understanding how to operate the business behind the service.
Through years of experience building her own company and training thousands of artists around the world, Rosa developed a passion for helping beauty professionals build confidence, master their craft, and learn the business principles needed to succeed long term. Her students come from over 40 countries and every continent, and many have gone on to build thriving careers in the beauty industry.
Rosa is known for her practical teaching style, powerful mindset training, and her ability to break down business concepts in a way that feels clear, relatable, and achievable. She has keynoted multiple events, hosted live masterminds with hundreds of attendees, and conducted hundreds of in-person trainings for lash artists at every stage of their career.
Today, Rosa’s mission is simple: to help artists stop feeling stuck trading time for money and instead build businesses that give them freedom, stability, and the ability to create a lasting impact in the beauty industry.
